Good customer service

Ordered a Jersey, which was delivered by Hermes / Evri, who decided it was acceptable to leave the package on my doorstep on the pavement... Unfortunately it wasn't there when I got back. Emailed Retro-Cycling-Jerseys.com, got a prompt response and another jersey was sent out foc. When it successfully arrived, it was exactly as described and fitted perfectly (it's well worth reading their fitting guide) will use again and have recommended to friends. Just wish they'd change couriers...
